This opportunity is for a
on site at our client. As an employee of Productive Resources, you will develop training curriculum and performance improvement materials on more complex products, processes, or systems through contributions and participation in a systematic development process. Collect and organize content from various stakeholders by collaborating with intra- and inter-departmental stakeholders. Facilitate the handoff process from development to delivery. Operate independently or as part of a team from the initiation through the completion of a project. May serve as a mentor/coach for less experienced employees of similar position.
Develop or project manage training or performance improvement materials in support of products, processes, or systems.
Direct vendors as they develop training or performance improvement materials.
Apply knowledge of and expertise in an effective curriculum development process to ensure performance gaps are addressed in an analysis phase and contributes or may lead in the design of the performance improvement solution.
Create and implement a short term/long term training plan by working with various stakeholders in supporting products, processes, and systems.
Foster relationships with inter- and intra-departmental stakeholders to secure resources needed for development and obtain feedback on performance improvement materials.
Assist in the transition of developed materials to the group responsible for delivering the materials.
Assist in marketing efforts of performance improvement materials to their intended audiences.
Mentor less experienced curriculum developers.

Technical knowledge and experience with at least Ag & Turf dealer business practices and services.
Technical knowledge and experience with at least one of the following: hydraulic, hydrostatic, and/or electrical and electronic systems.
Experience with MS Office, emphasis on PowerPoint skills.
