Are you an experienced Sales Rep looking for a great opportunity with a global company?
 
As the Inside Sales person, you will maintain and grow customer accounts by providing quality quotes on product solutions, proactively following up on customer’s needs, and providing excellent customer care as the first point of contact.   
 
You’re Accountabilities in the Role:
 
  • You will receive, coordinate, and prepare product quotes to meet the solution(s) needed by the customers for large structural products (platforms, cat walks, conveyors, etc).  
  • You will collaborate with the engineering team on more complex quote requests to get the required specs and information to be able to complete quotes accurately.  
  • You will provide excellent customer care as the first point of contact for the customers on technical questions, shipments, product counts, etc.        
  • You will proactively reach out to customers to maintain and grow the relationship, as well as provide status updates on pending orders.   
  • You will also travel at times to network and build customer relationships at trade shows, industry events, and at their location.
 
 
Position Requirements:
 
  • Education:   Associates Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management with working knowledge of CAD systems, drafting systems, or similar course study; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience:  2-3 years of inside sales and quoting experience required.  Being able to read construction drawings or blueprints is also a requirement  
  • Functional Skills:   Strong attention to detail, able to plan and organize data, excellent customer service and written/oral communication skills  
  • Technology Aptitude/Other:  Strong mechanical aptitude, with preferably structural equipment or large equipment; intermediate skills with PC’s/ software and some familiarity with quoting tools would be helpful 
  • Behaviors:  The right person will be energetic, relational, customer-focused, flexible, have patience with long order processes, can seek assistance and collaborate with others to create the right solutions   
Culture of the area:  Open atmosphere based on collaborative dynamics needed within the process (multiple interactions with various people).  The group is very team oriented, with a mindset on continuous improvement.
