Are you a Product Specialist looking for an excellent opportunity with a global company?
As the Product Specialist, you will provide telephone or in person technical support on product performance, troubleshooting guidance, repair advice and product training for our customers.
Your Accountabilities In The Role:  
  • You will provide in-depth technical support on product performance, troubleshooting guidance and repair advice via telephone or in person (as needed for higher escalation of issues) for our dealers and end users of our products.
  • You will accurately document all aspects of the support call into the MRP systems to ensure complete documentation of product performance.
  • You will develop and provide technical product training on the proper troubleshooting, diagnostics, installation, repair and maintenance of our products via phone, WebEx, or in person for our dealers and customers.
  • You will ensure that product training materials are made available for our dealers and customers via our training portal.
  • You will actively participate in activities to improve processes and provide detailed, comprehensive reports on product performance, field concerns and dealer interaction.
Position Requirements:
  • Requires an Associate’s degree in Business or Agricultural field;  Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred 
  • 5 - 7 years of “hands on” experience in providing technical support via telephone or in person on agricultural equipment or other similar fields.  Will consider strong mechanical background in power transmission mechanics, manufacturing, building/construction, etc. 
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues (gear boxes, electric motors, basic schematics)
  • Excellent communication skills to troubleshoot field issues over the phone and on-site as needed
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to diffuse difficult customer issues quickly and a desire to exceed customer expectations 
  • Intermediate PC skills, analytical and detailed oriented, with the ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic blueprints, schematics and manuals
  • Other Skills: Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills, Customer Focused and Passionate, Self Directed and Self-Motivated
