This opportunity is for a
on site at our client. As an employee of Productive Resources, you will plan, provide support main assembly for S450 D564 Engine Assembly to assure product quality meets the customers' expectations. You will investigate product and process quality related issues and recommend changes to control plans and/or prints for production and prototype builds.
Use quality tools consistent with quality processes to enable the focus on prevention by identifying and performing activities to minimize process risk (examples would be PFMEA and DPAR).
Input, maintain and analyze information in factory databases and systems including Tableau, Infinity QS, Tools Net, Business Objects, AMES, and SAP.
Monitor and facilitate quality activities for part approval, verifies manufacturing processes (control plans, assembly instructions) and confirms process capability.
Use quality tools and practices to establish approval criteria to ensure the identification of quality failure concerns for both internal and external manufactured parts and assemblies.
Engage in applying/leading Quality tools on Customer Support Process (CSP), Continuous Improvement (CI), and/or Value Improvement (VI) teams.
Assist in identifying, communicating and resolving supplier quality problems.
Engage in supplier quality plan formulation as necessary.
Conduct audits of new and existing suppliers to determine manufacturing capability and adherence to accepted quality practices.
Facilitate and write quality procedures for maintaining/updating the factory quality system and supports quality system audits, review results with audit team, and participates in management review meetings.

2+ years’ technical experience with Agricultural Systems.
2+ years’ experience with data analysis techniques (including but not limited to: Pareto charts, histograms, pie and bar charts and control plans.)
2+ years’ experience with standard quality tools such as FMEA (Failure Modes Effect Analysis), SPC(Statistical Process Control), Root Cause Analysis, and Statistics.
2+ years’ experience with drawing interpretation, product models, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
2+ years engineering experience (either through project work, relevant internships or work experience).
Proficiency with SAP.
