This opportunity is for a Reliability Engineer on site at our client. As an employee of Productive Resources, you will provide complex analysis of product problem data to support policy decisions and may create pricing structure for extended warranty coverage's. Apply knowledge of the similarities and differences of multiple product lines. Serve as a unit expert in warranty and/or reliability analysis. Create and disseminate new analysis and reporting methods. Develop significant new business processes. May have significant supervisory responsibility. May have significant project and/or department management responsibility.
  • Develop systems, and generate reports, then enable quick resolution of field problems.
  • Develop methods and tools to analyze warranty data.
  • Understand current reliability and predict future reliability.
  • Monitor high-level product problem concerns and seek commitment from appropriate departments/units so that necessary actions are taken.
  • Serve as an expert in the application of product problem and/or reliability analysis techniques.
  • Lead, facilitate, and participate in complex, multi-departmental functional and process teams in the product problem resolution and reliability areas.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Access, Microsoft EXCEL, and SAS Enterprise Guide. Knowledge of advanced data gathering and analysis techniques, including statistical analysis.
  • Computer systems knowledge and programming knowledge of database management tools.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Agricultural Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Experience in programming Microsoft Access and EXCEL Experience with VBA and SQL.
  • Familiar with Reliasoft Synthesis: Weibull++, ALTA, RGA, BlockSim and FMEA Experience with drivetrain components, heavy equipment and manufacturing.
