NEW POSITION! Work for the biggest company you have never heard of!  Global animal health and nutrition company seeks Swine Sales Manager to further develop their existing market.  This position will hire additional sales reps to support growth in US & Canada.  Company will consider an experienced swine sales rep who wants to step-up into a management role or a seasoned manager looking for a new challenge.

In this role, you will create and implement business plans, identify key accounts, create key messaging of R&D results and provide demonstrations showing product efficacy.

Candidate should live in MN, IA, IL, MO & NE.  Position is home-based and requires travel up to 50%.

To be successful in this role candidates must have
  • BS in Agriculture or Business field
  • 5 years of experience in swine nutrition/health sales
  • Requires some regional travel up to 50%
  • Knowledge of the worldwide Animal Nutrition & Health market including distribution channels & value chain
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively, to manage and coordinate teams and ensure buy-in.
