Job Description
We are reviewing candidates for an Area Manager position for a national commercial landscaping and  building services company.  The company has many branch offices, has a steady growth record and excellent major customers. Some of the current clients are national retailers and banks. The company offers a wide berth of facility services, spearheaded by lawn care, landscaping, and tree services, with other services including snow and ice management, windows, and "anything outdoors".  The company has its own service employees and also works through subcontractors. Relocation assistance is provided.

Summary:
- Manages all active accounts within assigned territory in assigned state(s)
- Provides leadership and initiative to ensure that services are complete and that client expectations are met 
- Evaluates, qualifies and selects subcontractors
- Works closely with service providers on scheduling of services
- Handles billing administration for accounts
- Up to 25% travel

Seeking in candidates:
- Associates degree a plus
- 5+ years related experience in commercial landscaping services 
- Available to move to Marion Ohio (very nice medium sized city in NG. Central Ohio...has all the good stores and activities)
