DescriptionClient is division of Fortune 500 company. $250 million sales, 350 employees on-site. Candidate should have 3+ years in quality mgmt. Must have Six Sigma and Lean toolkit. Must have successful change leadership experience and inate sense of urgency. Strong preference for FDA compliance experience. The position will lead a dept of 12-15-- Lab, compliance engineering, Q techs, NPL leader. Client wants to see quality mgmt candidates out of: dry or liquid food products (no meat/dairy), dry or liquid pharmaceuticals, medical disposables. Also dry or liquid chemicals if they are packaged for consumer markets (detergent, cleaning products). They are looking for strong leadership skills and development potential.
